    Hey everyone,I'm losing my mind over this issue and could really use some help. I have a PC running Windows 11, and I'm completely unable to log into my Microsoft account. Every single time I try, I get this error:"You'll need the internet for this."But here's the weird part—the internet is working perfectly fine. I can browse the web, download stuff, and even log into my dad's Microsoft account on the same PC without any issues. It’s just my account that refuses to work.I've already tried:Restarting my PC multiple times.Resetting my network settings.Checking date and time settings they're co

    I have gone through all of the steps you suggested.

    Troubleshooting solved nothing. Hardware troubleshooter asked for a restart but that didnt fix anything.

    DNS and IPv4 settings are all set to what they should be.

    From the other list you sent i tried reinstalling and uninstalling network drivers, disabling firewall and network reset. The problem persists. I still cannot log in using my Microsoft account. I can input my email and password, after which it starts loading.
    However after that it the error message appears.

    Hello,

    As you are getting script errors in Internet Explorer, while trying to print, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Open Internet Explorer.
    • Click on the gear icon and select Internet Options.
    • Click on Advanced tab.
    • Uncheck the option for Enable third-party browser extensions.
    • Click on Apply and then OK.
    • Close Internet Explorer and open again and check for status.
