Windows 10: your admin has limited access to some areas - but I am admin

when trying to open Windows Security also virus & threat protection and every under category I get the following messageage not availableYour IT admin has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. I tried the following 5 "solutions" i found on the web:Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings.Under Controlled folder access,

After uninstalling MBAM Premium after it expired, Windows Defender has been having so many issues with itself. After rebooting several times (each time WDAV service "stops") when the system boots back up and logs on, after 2 minutes the WDAV service stops again.
