Windows 10: Your administrator has blocked this action

I can't seem to find the way to solve itIt was all fine a few minutes ago when I opened the app, but when I reopen in, this happen

By mistake I (which is the administrator) blocked an action on Windows 10, as shown in the screenshot bellow. My question is, how to reverse this, i.e. to unblock this action. As far as I understand, now this action is always blocked by default and I am
not asked what to do when the action runs.

Hello,

I am trying to download some games from cd.

I keep getting a box which states blocked by administrator. Contact administrator.

I am listed as administrator, and can't figure out this issue resolution.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm Peter F independent Advisor

to block the senders please follow these steps

open the message you want to block.

Add the sender to the blocked senders list.

In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Windows Mail, choose Message→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Outlook Express, choose Message→Block Sender.

Click the Yes button or click OK.
