Windows 10: Your computer appears to be configured, but the device or resource www.microsoft.com is not...

I am using my mobile phone to get help here.Computer connects to internet but i am unable to use the connection. I ran the troubleshooters and turned up this which is why no briwser will load up , no windows updates will download and cant get virus defininitions, cant get emails and cant get remote assistance.Your computer appears to be configured, but the device or resource www.microsoft.com is not responding.Now what do I do?
