Windows 10: Your connection is not private windows 7, how do I fix?

Since reinstalling windows 7 operating system on my pc, I often get errors when accessing some websites like wikipedia.com, quora.com. The error message that pops up is:Your connection is not privateAttackers might be trying to steal your information from Quora.com for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards. Learn moreNET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALIDI have checked my date and time and its correct, cleared cache and spoke to my domain provider but its still not working

You can customize your Network connection to either Public or Private network. To set your network connection to Private, you can follow these steps:

• Go to Settings, and then select Network & Internet.
  
• On the left pane, select internet connection you are using (ex: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, etc.).
  
• Click the network name that you are currently connected to.
  
• Under Network window, enable Make this PC discoverable button.

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on

Hello Keneth, If your connections is not private, It may cause some security issues down the line. There are few steps you can take to fix it or if its just error you can fix it with adjusting the date to auto. if it does not get fixed look through the following
steps

Clear the browsing data and history

Open the browser in Incognito mode
