    I get the error message on trying to upgrade Windows 7 SP1 through Windows 10 ISO
    I have been running all the insider previews till build 10240 with no problem

    Windows 10 and Intel Pentium 4 550 @ 3.40 GHz?

    This CPU doesn't support NX, so it wont run Windows 10 or 8/8.1, Not sure about PAE, but it does support SSE2

    Can Windows 10 be installed on a PC having an AMD Athlon XP 3000+ Processor

    If your CPU does not support NX and SS02 you simply cannot install win 10 on it. Time to upgrade.
