whenever I start my pc I get this popup instantly after I type my password, I have no idea what app it is referring too or how to remove this pop up and there is no option to turn it off. other posts have said its linked to Adobe XD, never used never installed so not that, others have said its linked to the Microsoft store and you need to sync app license or something like that, not sure if that's a windows 8 feature or not but I have no option to do that, insanely stupid choice of feature for windows it irritates me how stupid Microsoft is with windows give me a fix now.

I can't renew my developer license on Windows 8.1

Hello.

For a few days I have problem with developer licence renew on Windows. I have Lenovo tablet and I can't renew my developer license on Windows 8.1. For licence renew I using Powershell.

After entering login credentials I get error "we couldn't get your developer license for windows 8.1. Our Server is unavailable right now. Please try again later".

Maybe who knows the solution to renew licence and what's the problem with licence server ?
