    For almost an hour, I have not been able to access the desktop of my Windows 11. When I start it, I come across a blue screen where it says “Your device has encountered a problem and needs to be restarted. We just collect information related to errors and then we will restart the computer. »Before that I was using my computer normally until I tried to open a Word document and it told me that Word was having a problem that was preventing it from working.   3. Windows encountered a problem installing device software for your device

    Hi Akshay,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand the inconvenience caused, I will be glad to assist you with this.

    As you mentioned that you received an incompatibility related error during the installation, I would suggest you to try installing the driver in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check again.

    1. Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select "Properties".

    2. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

    3. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select Windows 8
    from the drop down list.

    4. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

    Also, try uninstalling and bluetooth audio related drivers in the device manager and restart the computer.

    Windows key + X > Device Manager
