Windows 10: Your device is missing important security and quality fixes. & Failed To Install 0xc1900101

I have both of these problems but the failing to install 0xc1900101 was first then when it updated a windows security update it popped up with 'Your device is missing important security and quality fixes' I've tried uninstalling the latest update on my pc but it says 'An error has occurred not all updates were successfully uninstalled. I've tried literally everything all the websites to solve both all the youtube channels I've downloaded a couple of things to automatically update them I've fully reset my PC fully got a fresh install of windows 10 and it will still pop up with the same errors.

Thank you. Below are screen shots from Hard Disk Sentinel, as well as Crystal Disk, which is what I normally use for checking disk health.













I see now about the ISO file now. I can just run it in Windows Explorer and then click on the Setup.exe file inside the ISO file to run it, correct?

At this point I am wondering if I should take any other steps first before running the ISO file and doing the install?

I will of course make a drive image first using Acronis before running it though.

Every time I update my Windows, I get this message:



It has been happening for a long time but does not seem to affect anything else
Any ideas?
