Windows 10: "Your device is offline"

Hello,


I am not able to log in to my PC. I get a message saying "Your device is offline. Try a different sign-in method.", however, I'm not able to change my sign-in method, I can only use my PIN. When using Safe Mode and putting in my PIN I get a message saying "Your credentials could not be verified." even though I'm sure the PIN I'm putting in is correct. After pressing ok it says "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0. Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem." Restarting my computer and trying to log in it says "Your device is offline. Try a different sign-in method." again. Also, I have tried resetting windows but the password I enter is incorrect, even though I am certain it is correct. Does anyone have a solution for this so I would be able to sign into my PC? All replies are greatly appreciated. Thank you

RetailDemo Offline Content?


Was cleaning up my 10162 install using cleanmgr. One option on the list was "RetailDemo Offline Content", it was 100MB. Not sure what this is, before I delete it. Suggestions?

 

Offline Maps for Pakistan

If you wish to download the offline map for Pakistan, then it is currently unavailable on the Windows phone. We suggest that you send a suggestion on the Feedback Hub so we can add it on the next update. To send a feedback on your phone, you can follow the
steps below:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
  add button (+).
• Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category, and then submit.

You can also download any alternative applications from the Store that support offline maps.
