Windows 10: "your fingerprint couldn't recognized try using s different finger".

when is setup a finger it works for one or two days, when i use fingerprint to unlock my pc laptop it says "your fingerprint couldn't recognized try using a different finger" what should i do now?

That seems partially off-topic, but does that mean you believe that the answer to my question is "no, there is no way to replace or improve a single already-registered fingerprint"?

 

fingerprint reader in windows 10

Not quite as true as it seems like!! (At least that´s my experience with that fingerprint reader)

I bought it a couple of weeks ago, and since I haven´t been able to use it properly:

1-I installed the driver via Windows Update.

2-Went into the settings app and into the accounts section.

3-Created a pin and started scanning my thumb.

4-Locked the computer.

5-Put my thumb in the reader and it couldn´t recognize it.

It didn´t work, and I´ve tried with almost all my fingers, I´ve cleaned the fingerprint reader and reinstalled the driver and still nothing happened.

BTW/PS: I´m using W10-64bit Home Edition and an Eikon Mini Fingerprint Reader, no additional software installed (3rd party)
