    "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access" error on Virus & Threat protection on windows 10


    I'm the administrator and only user of the computer.The Virus & threat protection menu does not appear in the "security at a glance" window, and when I try to access it from elsewhere, I get a "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access" message.I do not have any active antivirus on this computer Malwarebytes aside, but the problem was here even before its installationand I also already look up anywhere and it was only for windows 11. I am not in a condition that could update to windows 11 because of the device not compatibleWhat could cause this issue?

    I cannot open Virus and threat protection on windows. It says your IT Administrator has limited access to some of the features of this app. What must be done to activate it?

    Hello,

    I'm using a Win11 Home OS, freshly installed.

    I'm the administrator (and only user) of the computer.

    The Virus & threat protection menu does not appear in the "security at a glance" window, and when I try to access it from elsewhere, I get a "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access" message.

    I do not have any active antivirus on this computer (Malwarebytes aside, but the problem was here even before its installation)

    What could cause this issue?
