Windows 10: "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access" error on Virus & Threat protection

Hello,I'm using a Win11 Home OS, freshly installed. I'm the administrator and only user of the computer. The Virus & threat protection menu does not appear in the "security at a glance" window, and when I try to access it from elsewhere, I get a "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access" message. I do not have any active antivirus on this computer Malwarebytes aside, but the problem was here even before its installationWhat could cause this issue?

I cannot open Virus and threat protection on windows. It says your IT Administrator has limited access to some of the features of this app. What must be done to activate it?

so i try to open virus and threat protection but it just blocks me and says your it administrator has limited access to some areas of this app

Hi all. As the title says, I cannot access the virus & threat protection section of Windows Defender and get a popup that says my IT Administrator has limited access. I'm on a personal laptop, so obviously it isn't an IT administration issue. After doing research, I'm pretty confident that the issue has to do with me previously installing antivirus and that conflicting with Windows Defender somehow.
