    I just had a reset on my pc through windows system recovery. After the reset I tried opening Windows Security but it won't let me, then I thought it might be the McAfee anti-virus that has been keeping me not to access Windows Security, then I uninstalled McAfee with everything that comes with it. However, it still doesn't work. I have tried using command prompt and run some commands that were shown in a couple of youtube videos when I searched for the problem, still doesn't work. My account is already the administrator and it is not connected to any school or work organizations. Please I need
