    Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app


    New Dell Windows 11 Pro laptop. This is driving me crazy... I have tried every fix out there. Happens when I try to access windows 11 Microsoft anti virus settings. A message pops up saying "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information." I read through several other threads relating to this problem but nothing works. As a last resort I did a complete reset and installation of Windows 11 and the problem is still there. I am the sole user of this laptop, It's a personal home
