Windows 10: Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app

I've rest my Windows through the recovery section in the settings app but after resetting Windows, the security app is not working. It shows a red cross icon in the system tray and when I try to open the app it shows a black screen, I tried to open it through Settings > Privacy & security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection, but there it showed the error. I only have one account on my Windows as administrator and no work or education related account links. I've tried following the steps mentioned in an Answer on Microsoft Forum and blog post of Make Use Of, but both
