Windows 10: "Your Organization Manages Updates on This PC" Cannot Update to Windows 11

Hey! I recently just upgraded my computer's specs and wanted to check if I could upgrade to Windows 11. I'm currently using Windows 10 Pro, which I regret, as for some reason auto updating just didn't work due to the issue in the title and now this. It's getting really annoying and I'm unsure of what to do. The posts on the error have all been for different reasons or relate to different things so I decided to just make a separate post for this.How would I go about fixing this?

An Organization manages updates on pc

I'm trying to upgrade to windows 11 and I'm using the PC Health Check app and when I click "Check Now" in the PCHC app it says "An Organization manages updates on pc" when no organization manages my pc

Hi, I just ran the latest versionon of PC Health Check to see if 11 will run on this machine. Imagine my suprise at the text displayed on pressing 'Check Now':



organization? I don't belong to any organization - there's just me here using my PC.

What gives?
