Windows 10: Your organization requires your device to restart personal laptop

I would REALLY love it if Windows would treat me like a responsible adult and stop forcing my computer to reboot. I've seen countless posts about excuses why Windows thinks they need to do this and why I must follow suit and just shut up and row. But it's getting old folks. If this kind of nonsense does not change then I may end up getting a MacBook. I've been a PC guy for as long as there have been PCs but I was forced to use an Apple at work and, well, it doesn't annoy me, it just WORKS!If you have a way that I can actually turn off any notification saying "your organization" again, per

Followed the steps and disabled it and restarted laptop - still cant download off internet same message pops up

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Teams Organization having access to my personal computer

When I went onto Teams to do work, at some point, I must've entered an organization and allowed access for it to change my device (my personal computer). Since then, I have been asked to change my pin twice due to my organization's requirements. I don't
want this organization to have access to my device anymore. How do I remove its access?
