Windows 10: your pc battery is low, plug in your PC Now

when it syas your pc battery is low, plug in your pc when im at 5% battery my pc just shuts down. sometimes it leaves the programs i had open sometimes it doesnt its annoying like when im talking to my friend playing minecraft and it happens. any fixes?

Desktop PC warning "Low Battery - Plug Computer In"

My desktop PC today decided to warn me several times that the battery is low and to plug the computer in. It is plugged in or it wouldn't be running. The battery icon in the system tray shows 100%. My PC is plugged into a UPS but the UPS power display
is the same as it normally is. I've jiggled all the cable connections. Is this a bug or is something really wrong?

We suggest that you check if the low battery notification is turned
on. Kindly follow these steps:

• On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
• Click on Change Plan Settings.
• Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
• Scroll down and look for Battery.
• Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
  On battery and Plugged in.

Warning: battery is low; plug the computer in.

My computer is not a laptop. It's a desktop workstation and is plugged into a UPS. I have also plugged it directly into a wall electrical outlet and the same message appears.
There is no battery to charge. Yet, I keep getting the message that the "Battery is very low. Plug in your PC now". This message pops on my screen every 30 seconds. Oddly the battery icon next to the clock that
is normally for laptops says "3% available (plugged in, charging). Again, there's nothing no rechargeable battery in my desktop.
