Windows 10: "Your PC couldn't start properly. A required drive or device can't be accessed properly....

I was advised by an IT person over the phone to use a recovery USB for this.

I can't get my PC to go into Autorepair though, I've used the side button on the Lenovo to look at boot manager (from the recovery USB), but it is not there - the only option is Windows Boot Manager (LITEON CAI - 8D128).

The USB does have the recovery on it though, as I have checked it on an old laptop.

I reeeeeally need my old documents off it! I am freaking out a bit that the recovery isn't working

Windows 10 : your pc couldnt start properly

When I start Windows 10 i received the message: "

"Your PC couldn't start properly.

A required device isnt connected or cant be accessed.
Error code: 0xc0000225

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any install media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/device manufacturer."

I believe this started due to the machine not shutdown correctly. I can start in safe mode and no recovery points are disabled.

Any ideas on how i can get this machine back?

I need help with this error. I have the installation media on a USB device but cant get to the boot screen. never gives me a prompt to load the usb device.

My computer keeps loading me to the blue screen with Recovery: your pc couldn't start properly 0xc0000225. i have a Toshiba satellite with windows 10 x64
