Windows 10: "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired", Can't use wired Keyboard on the error

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired.Error code: 0xc000000eEverytime i open my computer it just gives me this error/bluescreen. The problem isn't the error but that i cant use my keyboard on it. It asks to press certain buttons to fix the issue but the problem is none of my USB Receivers are getting any power. Which means my keyboard or mouse does not work on the screen. Meaning i cant get ahead from this problem. Anyone got any fixes for this?

  Are you suing wired or wireless keyboard?
  

If you are using wireless mouse and keyboard this devices will not work on startup repair environment. I would suggest you to use external wired keyboard and mouse and check if it work.

Wired keyboard glitch

The problems I'm experiencing:

1. When I long-press any keyboard button, it toggles the keyboard power off and on.
   
2. After typing a word, a letter repeats without any additional clicks.
   
3. Clicking anything results in an unexpected decrease in system volume then my computer shuts down on its own.
   

I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Tested the keyboard on another PC and laptop, where it worked fine.
   
2. Reinstalled drivers and performed a clean OS installation.
   
3. tested in win 10,11, ubuntu OS.

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

Method 2.

Try updating the latest keyboard devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the Keyboard drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand the Keyboard driver.

c. Right-click on the HID Keyboard Device and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.
