Windows 10: Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. "error: nvlddmkm.sys"

Firstly, I am using Win 10 Pro(Activated) on a HP laptop with Dual GPU(Intel HD Graphics and Nvidia GT 820M).

Since the last 10 hours, I am constantly getting this error :-

"*Sad Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some info, and then we’ll restart for you. If you would like to know more, you can search online later for this error: nvlddmkm.sys."





I installed Windows 10 on 3rd August but this problem only now. So what is the issue? And how do I fix it?

I looked up online and people suggest that I should update my drivers. I am already using the latest driver.
