Windows 10: Your pc ran into a problem, and needs to restart infinite loop help?

So basically about a year and a half ago I believe I was playing fortnite then my pc just turned off, and wouldn’t load back into windows. It always went to startup repair or whatever, I watched plenty of videos and tried to automatic repair and everything, even using the command prompt in different ways and nothing worked. So I decided I would reset my pc, I did that but now I get this infinite loop of it saying my pc ran into a problem and that it will restart. I have tried to forcefully put it into safe mode, as I’ve seen on a few videos but that doesn’t work either. I looked inside my pc a

Infinite loop Windows 10 restart problem

Hi

When I start my Dell laptop, it shows "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then shows the blue screen of death. The blue screen of death has following texts.

*Sad
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you.
If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error WDF_VIOLATION.

Now this is going into infinite loop. I'm not getting any other options. Web search brings lot's of video's but they all ends up with "Advance Options". In my case the loop is not even bringing "Advance Option"
