I was busy getting work done on my PC I'm a web developer and suddnely my computer bluescreened and gave me the above message. When it restarted and I checked the event viewer for errors I saw that there was an Application Error. Happy to cooperate and send any error logs if need be, but I want to get to the bottom of what caused this as I recently had to replace my SSD after it faulted and I can't be without a computer again for that long as I need it for work.

PC ran into a problem

Hi Argel,

• The stop code error began within this past week
• I have an HP laptop and just updated the Bios
• It's happening once a day
• What I'm getting is a blue screen that first shows the sad face followed by: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you."
• Then it states "If you call a support person, give them this info:" which is what I typed above.
