Windows 10: Your pc will restart in a minute.. after restart pc feels slow

So other day i was playing a game and suddenly the error occurred. Did not get a picture of it but it is the "Your pc will automatically restart in one minute. Windows ran into a problem and Need to restart. You should close this message now and save your work." Basically the same error when searched in the web.So after the restart, the fans in my pc starts full blasting and the pc feels slow, like it is in low power mode. And when i play the game again it fps stutter and drop.I just simply tried to update windows and drivers but to no avail

Random Restart PC

My pc is restarting only when i streaming on twitch and i play a game at the same time ! After 30-40 minutes to streaming and playing is restarting !

My PC keeps on restarting ,

System Specs are:-
Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe
i7 3770K
Samsung SSD 256GB
Corsair CX 430 PSU
Win 7

What I have done till now:-
1.My PC started restarting so what I did, I installed Win7 on 500GB Samsung SATA drive and formatted my SSD , Full Format. and then installed Win7 on SSD, which worked for say, 2 hours or so and then PC again started restarting.
2. It once also restarted when I was in BIOS.
3.While rebooting it always asks for "Launch Windows Start up repair"
4.Yesterday PC stayed ON 20 minutes and then again restarted.
5.Sometimes it get restarted often while booting and does not even come to login Screen.

Please suggest, I don't know what's the problem.

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again
