Windows 10: Your Phone app cannot connect to my OnePlus 7 Pro

I have done everything from uninstalling the Your Phone Windows 10 app via Windows PowerShell with admin access and the android companion app, signing out and then signing in, removing my OnePlus 7 Pro from my connected mobile devices to Microsoft, checking if my apps are up-to-date, and checking if all of my permission settings are correct. However, I'm not able to get past 60% in the sign-in and verification process on the Windows 10 app despite my device being added to my Android & iOS devices list on my Microsoft account page and even trying the QR code sign in. Unable to install any drivers (for Oneplus One phone)


Hi there,

Unfortunatley I am unable to install any driver for my phone; the Oneplus One. This is the error I'm getting:
"one of the installers for this device cannot perform the installation at this time"



I get the same error for ADB and Fastboot drivers.
Does anybody know a to this?
