Windows 10: Your Phone App does not show apps installed on my OnePlus 6T

Hi,


I have a OnePlus 6T linked to the Your Phone app and the notification settings customized to show notifications only from certain selected apps.


I have 2 whatsapp accounts on the same device using the parallel app, one personal and the other my work phone number. I cannot see a parallel whatsapp that I have on my phone in the app selection for notification.


I want to receive notifications both the accounts on my PC. Can someone help me out here.

Thanks for your answer. Will support for OnePlus devices come with the next update (that removed dependency on BT)? I have a Bluetooth dongle connected on my PC, but it might not support BTLE. My Razer Blade Stealth Early 2019 laptop behaves the same. I'm
asking because these sources claim that the OnePlus 6T is supported and the one on the top claims that they tested it:

Maybe send an email that they're releasing false information?

Hi everyone, my problem is basically what's on the title.

• The phone I'm using is the OnePlus 6T, running on Android 10 OxygenOS Beta 34 (Many sources quote that this device is supported and some has had success using the feature.)
• My computer is connected to the same network with phone via Ethernet.
• The CPU is a Ryzen 7 1800x and the GPU is a GTX1080Ti, everything on stock settings so no instability.
• OS version is 1909 with build no. of 18363.657

Is there any reason for the feature not to work? I thought maybe it could be a problem with the beta but since it runs on Android 10 (and everything is stable, the app is definitely running on the background with the power optimization exceptions), i can't
see why that would be an issue. Any help would be appreciated, as it's a tool that would help me a lot.
