Windows 10: Your Phone - audio on calls via laptop cuts out after a period of time

Currently running with a Samsung S21 Ultra via Bluetooth to Your Phone on a Huawei Matebook X.


I have an issue with calls which also occurred on previous Samsung Note 20 Ultra and S20+. I have a headset on the laptop, connected via a USB amplifier and on the previous phones had a headset wired via a 3.5mm jack.


I am able to make and answer calls initially with no problems at all, however if the call continues for more than about 10 minutes the audio on the PC just cuts off and I have to return to the 'phone to continue the call - I'm unable to maintain a call at all on the laptop over this timeframe.


Has this been flagged before - as its happened with 3 devices I'm assuming its an issue between the Your Phone app and my laptop or maybe Samsung's software?.


Would be grateful of any help - as this feature was a key part of my phone purchase decision to make my working at home time more efficient.

no call audio on Lumia 900?

I purchased a Lumia 900 about 4 weeks ago and have started having the same issue. Periodically I loose all audio, the speaker works but there is no audio during calls. Today I lost all audio and tried the volume adjust during a call, powered down and
rebooted and still nothing..



I tried the listed suggestions and the only way I got the audio back was to lightly tap the ear piece.



Is this a common fault with the phone? Should I return it for a replacement?

Audio keeps cutting out on new laptop

My sister recently got a new laptop : NX.HLYEK.009 | Acer Aspire 3 17.3” Laptop | ao.com

She complained that the audio started randomly cutting off, so I went to the manufacturer's website and I got the audio drivers and installed them, it seemed to be fine but today she told me it cut off again (this time the audio just didn't happen on start-up, after playing around and a few restarts later it fixed itself).

I'm not sure what else I can do to fix this problem. The thing is barely a week old, and all we've done is install the Windows updates, some games, and the audio driver.
