Windows 10: Your Phone > Calls - Missing on my SP6

Calls is set up and works great on my home PC, but my SP6 which travels back and forth to work with me, doesn't have it. Every other part of Your Phone works on the SP6 but the Calls section is missing. I've removed the phone from the SP6 a few times and I still can not get the Calls tab to appear. It's on the latest updates as well. Any ideas how to get it working?

We are unable to replicate your concern about the Phone app live tile missed call information not updating. Since you are having issues with the said tile on your end, please do the following:

• Go to the Call History on your phone and view the missed calls.
• After viewing the missed calls, go back to the Home screen and
  unpin the Phone app tile.
• Soft reset your phone by pressing and holding the Volume down +
  Power buttons until it vibrates.
• After your phone restarts, re-pin the Phone app tile on your
  Home screen.

Let us know what happens after doing the mentioned troubleshooting steps.

 

N76 miss call icon

forgot to add...so i go to phone call log such as view incoming, outgoing and miss call list. after i view the miss call list then only the external display that showing miss call icon disappear.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
