Windows 10: Your Phone Companion issues

Running Windows 10, using Your Phone Companion and it works BEAUTIFULLY, except messages from my daughters come up with a header message that says, "This thread has messages that you can only view from your phone. Learn more." I click the Learn More, but really don't know what I'm looking for to correct. Why just their messages? I get group texts, photos, videos, etc. all perfectly except from these two phones.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Phone companion app and check if you are facing the issue

To uninstall the phone companion app please follow the steps below:

• 
  Type phone companion in the
  search box.
  
• 
  Right click on
  phone companion and click on uninstall.
  

Once it is uninstalled, you can reinstall it from windows store.

Phone Companion App not starting...

Phone companion asking to unlock phone

I understand that the Phone Companion is still asking to unlock the phone even though it unlocked. We will help you.

I suggest you to extend the time of you phone locking and restart the mobile and connect to the companion and check if the issue persists.

I also suggest you to Uninstall the Phone Companion application and reinstall it after restarting the machine and check if it helps.
