Windows 10: Your phone company settings are out of date

Windows Email has a list of accounts. The last one is my phone company. And no, I'm not going to change to Outlook, though apparently they will force me to at some point and that's when I will do it.This started after my phone company sent me an email saying I was required to change my password. I did, and then I started getting a notification on my computer that my phone company settings are out of date. At one point, clicking on the phone company gave me an error message "We couldn't access this account: [phone company]. You might need to update your password or give the account permission t

is set correct.

Do Companies just replace ones phone or...

If one has a problem with ones phone, does a company just replace a phone or go through the Key=Steps of trying to Fix it? As for me with a small fee [Depending on the issue] I'd Remove any software/App. causing ones issue or just simply back-up the Data/Restore

I've noticed Companies now'N'days just simply replace the phone which to me and others is wrong to a certain degree...
