    Had this all set up for about a year and suddenly in the last week it has stopped working. My Samsung mobile said it was connected but the Your Phone app on PC said it was disconnected.... nothing I could do would connect them. I then thought I would remove my PC and then re-connect it. Just made matters worse as now if I try to reconnect it then the QR code does not come up just keeps circling and if I try the other method to get a Code to put in the phone, the Android is ready but the PC never comes up with a code just keeps circling to say preparing. Any ideas?

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
