    I'm actually having a few problems. I have a Samsung S10E phone that uses Link to Windows.


    1 In my attempts to get My Phone to work on my computer, I unintentionally added the linked computer a bunch of times. Your Phone problems with installing 6263107b-9080-426d-9dd3-874caf85851a?upload=true.jpg


    I am unable to remove the duplicate listings for the same computer. Does anyone know how to get rid of these duplicate listings?


    2 I am unable to sync the phone to the computer. It worked in the past but suddenly just stopped working. This is a work computer but that shouldn't make a difference. When I try to open up the app on the computer, it closes down in just 3 seconds, so I can't complete the set-up.


    Does anyone have advice on either of these problems? I have tried everything. I even tried to uninstall it and then reinstall it but since it's a work computer, I don't have rights to run Powershell as an admin and remove it.

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
