    I have no way to log into my new HP laptop since this update. What should happen next is Microsoft texts me a code to allow me to reset my PIN. I cannot receive the code because of a change of phone number. So using a different device I requested a change of number on my account and now have been told this takes 30 days. I got onto MS chat support and against my better judgment they insisted that if I reset windows then I will be able to log in. This was wrong, it still comes up with the exact same PIN is no longer available error. I have tried Safe Mode, safe mode with command prompt to try a

    After resetting my windows 10 pc (Dell Latitude 3190) I receive the message "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device." I cannot enter Safe Mode either. During the Reset I was asked something about the TPM? and I selected to allow the change/erase. I've tried multiple solutions listed in this forum to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.
