I cannot login to windows because it says this messageYour PIN is no longer available due to a change in security settings on this device. Click to reset your PIN.However i cant reset my pin because for some reason even though my internet works fine, my ethernet cable is connected and the light is green, i dont have internet on my pc.I tried it on a different network and with a different cable but it still did the same thingThis started happening after i upgraded my pc. After resetting my windows 10 pc (Dell Latitude 3190) I receive the message "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device." I cannot enter Safe Mode either. During the Reset I was asked something about the TPM? and I selected to allow the change/erase. I've tried multiple solutions listed in this forum to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi. I'm currently on windows 11, and after coming to a new country, an update was shown to me. After the update, I can no longer enter my laptop(Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again.) And I've tried multiple net connections, but non of them seem to work. I've tried multiple solutions, but all of them brought me back to the same login page
