    Hi,I just got my laptop back from repair new motherboard however - can't log into W11 account now.Its says: "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again."When clicking "Setup my PIN" notting happen, got empty screen see a photo enclosed. What should I do to fix it?I asked compter service who fixed the laptop and they said is normal, and I should have an option to log in through Microsoft account and reset a PIN, but... I have no such option. Is there a chance to fix it or recover data? Is it really Windows such bad

    PIN no longer available

    Yesterday, the motherboard of my PC was replaced by Dell Technician. When I switched on the PC after the completion of service and setup of some things already done by the Dell technician, it showed "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device....", on all three accounts including local and admin accounts. I clicked on an option through which I signed in with my Microsoft account in the admin account and was able to reset the pin after entering the credentials and confirming to do so. But I wasn't able to do this on the other accounts. I tried many times but it was always stuck at just a moment after entering credentials and giving confirmation. The option to enter a new pin has not been coming as it was stuck for just a moment. Also, I HAVE MADE ONE OF THE LOCAL ACCOUNT AS ADMIN, AFTER MY TRIALS. But I haven't tried to reset the pin after making it admin.

    I just upgraded my motherboard and CPU, Asus strix b550 gaming wifi ii AMD 5800x. When I boot it says "Your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again."

    I click it and it says I'm not connected to the internet. I haven't been able to log in to set up my new motherboard yet so I have no wifi. It gives no other options. I just want to log in thanks.

    Do you see a link for Sign In Options at the bottom of the Sign-in Screen. Choose that and select the key or password choice, use password to sign in.
