Windows 10: Your pin is required to sign in ERROR

I have my laptop set up with Windows Hello, to unlock it I use my finger, but when I do it Windows asks me to enter the pin, why? It is assumed that when you have the fingerprint unlock it does not require the pin. I have a pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.
