Hi, here is the complete error message :I ran the NuGet restore and got this :Not sure what my next step might be? thanks for any suggestions or advice.

i can't install .NetFramework, version=4.0

Most computers, has the .Net framework installed by default.

To verify if is installed. apply these steps

.Netframework for Win 7

Does windows 7 have .netframework 1.1 installed? Because I just installed Win 7 Ultimate 32bit and I'm installed Boson Netsim for school and it tried to install .netframework 1.1.
