Windows 10: your windows license can only have one language

i really need help because i have this thing where it says i can only have one language and i dont know how i can change it because in control panel it doesnt show language settings or something

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language
