Windows 10: "Your Windows license will expire soon" -- Product key was given to me in September by MS...

I'm beyond confused here. My memory is a bit hazy so bear with me.

Back in September of 2019 I built a new PC. I remember there being an issue with getting Windows 10 from my old PC on to my new one and I had to contact Microsoft support. Whoever I spoke to generated a new key for me and activated Windows 10 on my new PC.

Now I'm getting this pop up whenever I start my computer that says "Your Windows license will expire soon." I clicked on the prompt that directed me to the Activation section of my settings. It lists my "Edition" as "Windows 10 Pro" and next to "Activation" it says "Windows is activated using your organization's activation service." This is a home PC and I have no idea what organization it is referring to -- I can only assume it has something to do with the nature of the key that this person generated.

Anyway, I contacted Microsoft support and explained all this to them and they're insisting that I need to have the product key that this person used to activate Windows 10 in order to help me. I went digging to see if I had that product key anywhere and all I can find is a note in my Google Keep app from the same night I contacted support back in September that says "WINDOWS 10 PRODUCT KEY DIGITAL LICENSE <10-digit number>"

I don't know what September-me was talking about because this is definitely not a product key as they're supposed to be 25 digits. I have no idea what this 10 digit number is. The person I spoke to on the phone this time said to go to my activation setting and click "Troubleshoot" and then go to something like "Recently updated hardware" but that last option isn't appearing for me. She said this means that I need a new product key or proof of purchase of a previous Windows 10 product (which I don't have because my key was straight up entered in to my computer remotely by a Microsoft employee).

If there is a kind soul out there willing to sift through this baffling situation and help me out, I would be beyond grateful as I really, REALLY want to avoid buying a new Windows license.

Windows 10 license expires soon - message

I got a notification saying that my Windows license is about to expire soon. I followed the steps and it is asking me to change product key, which I don't have because I upgraded from Win8 to Win10 during that upgrade period. This is my personal laptop and
not any organization's. I followed the steps in

windows 10 expire

and

Your Windows Licence Will Expire Soon Windows 10 (expiration on monday february 29,2016)

but it didn't do anything, in fact the one with the default values one just made it show a message saying I don't have a valid license.

How do I get a product key to input in the change product key option?

Hi, I bought this laptop in India in January and everything was OK. But now from some days ago I keep receiving this message, that my license will expire soon and the option to change a product key. I was not given a product key so I cannot introduce it...
What should I do? For now I always click on close but Im afraid that at some time my windows will not work. Thanks
