this is not fake i can send you proof if you need me too today i was getting on minecraft 1 to 10 device limit and the error popped up. any help?

Hi there! I recently purchased and installed Minecraft Dungeons on two of my Surface devices. When I try to open the game on one of the devices, I get the following error: "You’re at the limit for the number of devices that can be used with games and apps
from the Store." (Note: If I try to open it on the other device, I just get a warning saying the game has not been released yet.)

Because I'd like to be able to play the game on the first device when the game is released, I'd like to see if I can solve the problem of why I'm getting the error, "You’re at the limit for the number of devices that can be used with games and apps from
the Store."

I have less than 10 devices linked to my Microsoft Account

Also, I've removed EVERY device from being linked to the Microsoft Store here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Any ideas on how I should proceed?

I bought AOE 2 definitive edition, and whenever I try to launch it, it says "You’re at the limit for the number of devices that can be used with games and apps from the Store." I have unlinked all devices but my desktop from the store and my account, reinstalled,
but nothing works, I also haven't downloaded it on 10 devices, probably no more than 2.

This is what I've done so far, and so far nothing has fixed the problem:

1. I've removed EVERY device from being linked to the Microsoft Store here: Sign in to your Microsoft account
   
2. Reset Windows Store Cache
   • Press Windows Key + R then type “wsreset.exe” and hit enter.
     
     Let the command run which will reset your Windows Store cache.
     
     When this is done restart your PC to save changes.
     
3. Uninstalled/Reinstalled Minecraft Dungeons AND Microsoft Gaming Services
   
4. Followed the advice here: Xbox Support
   • Launch powershell as an administrator and enter “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”
   • In the same powershell window, enter “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”
   • Install the app on that page, including accepting the UAC prompt when shown.
   • Try installing the game again.
     
5. Followed the advice here: Windows Update Error Code 0x80080005
   • 1. Press Windows Key + X on the keyboard and then select “Command Prompt (Admin)” from the menu.
   • 2. Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. To do this, type the following commands at a command prompt. Press the “ENTER” key after you type each command.
     
     net stop wuauserv
     
     net stop cryptSvc
     
     net stop bits
     
     net stop msiserver
   • 3. Now rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Press the “ENTER” key after you type each command.
     
     ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
     
     ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
     
   • 4. Now, let’s restart the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. Typethe following commands in the Command Prompt for this. Press the ENTER key after you type each command.
     
     net start wuauserv
     
     net start cryptSvc
     
     net start bits
     
     net start msiserver
     
   • 5. Type Exit in the Command Prompt to close it and then restart the computer.

I'm truly at a loss of what to do next... Can anyone help me? :-(
