Windows 10: you're not connected to the internet xbox app

everytime I open the xbox app and try to login it says im not connected to the internet, ive tried everything on other forums ect to fix this problem nothing seems to workI followed every step in this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJauAQNdNtk if anyone has an answer or can help resolve this issue thank you

Xbox Live on Win 10 "You are not connected to a internet"

Ok so i just turned my computer on and there was an update for the xbox app, i can now get into the xbox app, but it cant connect to the internet. I for example can not read my messages and when i open the game it can't sync the game files. I tried to check
my network settings and found that it says the server connection is blocked. However i have tried all of the steps listed on the site without any luck

If your server connectivity is "Blocked", it means that your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps from our support page, let's try to restart the "IP
Helper" and "Xbox Networking Service" by performing the following steps below:

1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
2. Type "services" and hit enter to open the Services Window
3. Scroll down until you find an entry called “IP Helper”. Right-click on it, and then click Restart.
4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and do the same thing for “Xbox Live Networking Service”.
5. Close the window, open the Xbox app and check your connection again.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try connecting your computer to another network to see if that will change the server connectivity on the Xbox app.
