Windows 10: YouTube homepage layout glitch

For the past few months, youtube homapage has been acting weirdly, as in it layout changes randomly, in that instead of showing 3 videos in the row like usually It shows four and sometimes even more in the row Not only that but also when scrolling down on the site, as it loads more videos, it can start copy pasting videos at the top, and continuing to do so on and on. Only true reloading the tab does it go back to normal. Yes I've updated my graphic driver, did nothing, I updated browser Chrome did nothing. What's going on and how can it be fix?

Why did the homepage layout for msn.com change on my iPhone? I do not care for the new layout. Not easy to navigate, the ads keep taking over, the page glitches. I will start using CNN.com instead.. Their layout is much better and easier to navigate and presents headlines better. I used to prefer the msn layout
