Windows 10: "Youtube is now fullscreen" notification in a browser

why does w10 tell me that i just clicked the full screen button? I know i clicked it, I did it voluntarily. I'm not sure the purpose of taking away the top 1/3 of the screen for 12 seconds, requiring irritated users to restart the video in case something was missed. Generally, when human beings perform an action such as clicking a button on a computer, they are self aware of these behaviors and don't need 3rd party outside interference in their personal regulation. Now, if the results are not satisfactory, I suggest you to check if the same issue occur when logged in through a different Local Administrator user account.



Follow the steps mentioned below:

• Assuming that you are already logged on to your user account in Windows 10, click the Start button.
• From the Start menu, click your name from the top of the left pane.
• From the displayed options click Sign out.
• From the login screen, click to the different user account you want to switch to.

However, if you do not have a separate user account, I suggest you to create another Local administrator user account by referring to the Microsoft article here: Set
up accounts.

I fixed this problem just now by going to setting then typing in the search bar Taskbar settings and then look for use peek to preview and just uncheck it and done and if it happens again then just repeat this again.
