Windows 10: Youtube not working

Hi , recently my YouTube stopped working ,its lagging/ not loading the website at all , i have windows 10 , i have recently reinstalled my OS but in the first 2-3 days everything worked properly , now the youtube starts lagging or not working at all... i have tried all tips from Youtube support , but nothing worked , i reinstalled Network drivers and graphic card driver , no result.. any help? My internet works fine ! i have 1000mb/s , every other website works perfectly i have deactivated hardware acceleration too in my browser , i even tried other browsers , nothing worked

Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
