Windows 10: Youtube,pictures,files all skip around and forward

My first issue i had was while playing youtube,the commercials would play,then when it goes to song,it starts and skips to the end.. So cant watch videos.. Its fine on all other computers.Running windows 10 i believe.Then i go to pictures,and it seems to scroll throught them on its own,as i can see it it skipping to the next,so cant click on one to bring up.I go to my files,and it scrolls also.. No still,or fixed stop spot.I also see buttons like on a program that has 2 buttons like continue,or cancel,sit there and studder on one button like its stuck,and trying..Its a hp 2000Bu it is the comp

There are several reasons why the pictures isn't sending. One of which is if it isn't attached properly. Please tell us more about your issue by answering the following questions:

• What is your email service provider?
  
• Are you receiving any error messages?
• Does this happen with all pictures that you send?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.

 

Forward Pictures in email that have been received from an iPhone

I realize that you are unable to forward pictures on your PC. I will try to help you with this issue.

  Does this issue occur when you receive a picture from a Windows Phone?
  

Suggest you to save the picture first on the PC locally and then attach the picture in the mail as an attachment in that email you want to forward.
