Windows 10: Youtube Thumnails appear blurry on Windows 10 Please help

Hi can someone help me with this computer problem I've been dealing with lately?Ever since I followed this YouTube guide on a PC optimization pack that messed around with my Nvidia GPU, Youtube thumbnails have looked blurry. I think this has something to do with my Nvidia profile inspector or my registry editor. Only the thumbnails look blurry, once you click on the video everything looks clearIf you zoom in the picture looks super blurryCan anyone plz help me

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
