Windows 10: You've entered the wrong pin too many times

"You've entered the wrong pin too many times, wait 30 seconds" text appears everytime i boot up Windows on my laptop. It started after my brother tried to guess my password. I don't feel like waiting 30 seconds everytime just to start use it, and don't want to reinstall Windows neither. How do I turn this off?

I will try waiting several days as you did. When steps are suggested they aren't understanding that there are no choice...the screen just says you have entered the wrong pin too many times....that's all. Then restart your computer. No other choices are
on the screen.

Ok thanks, resetting pin seems to work.
