Windows 10: YouWave having difficuilty to start on Win 10

Hi, I have noticed that ever since running Win 10 TP that my YouWave is battling to start up the first time I launch the software. It starts and just shows a black screen and I have to close and restart about 3 times before it starts correctly. I have tested various versions of YouWave (2.3.4 ... 3.12 ... 3.20 as well as 4.12). Is it possible to resolve this ? What is causing the problem as in Win 7 and 8.1 it works fine.

Hi,

I suggest you to perform an automatic repair using the Windows 10 installation media. You will have a ISO of Windows 10. You may refer to the following link on download and create Windows 10 installation media:

Download Windows 10

Once you create the installation media, perform Automatic repair on Windows 10 computer, follow these steps:

a. Insert the media such as (USB or DVD) and restart your computer.

b. Press F12 key (typically this is F12, but it can differ between computer manufacturers) and choose the drive that you inserted the installation media into.

c. Once the Windows Setup window appears, follow these steps:

d. Click next and select Repair your computer.

e. You will then see a blue screen and an option to choose. Choose the option Troubleshoot and select advanced options.

f. You may choose Automatic Repair from Advanced boot option.

i upgraded my win to win 10 (from 8) and since then I am having problems restarting windows... even when awaking my computer from "sleep" mode - I get a black screen and win doesn't load.

what is this? why?

andddd since upgrading - chrome doesn't work as well...

thinking about getting back to win 8 (even if I didn't like it...)

help!!

 

Probably just another thing Win10 isn't ready for, Android emulation. Hopefully I referenced the YouWave you are testing.

Wait for the next Win10 Preview release and test YouWave again.
