Yubikey and Windows 10 Security: Risk vs Usability Advice Needed

I have two Yubikey 5 NFC keys. I have set up Windows login to use the Yubikey as a 2nd factor for login to my desktop pc. I also have my system and data drives encrypted with bitlocker. My PC is equipped with TPM. From a usability standpoint I prefer to have the disks automatically unlock at login to Windows. If the Yubikey is removed after login, what is my attack vulnerability if the PC is in S3 sleep mode and requires login when awakened?

I would have preferred to put another static password on the Yubikey for unlocking the encrypted drives but I have already used both slots.

Is windsows 7 a security risk?

There is 2 security risks. No one can stop security holes even more so with MS software as it would be more targeted although Linux has got to be going up on that list to now.
